Project Header

The project data headers are actions and controls for your projects.

Back to My Projects 

This button directs you back to My Projects.

Share Project

This is used to share the project's delivery page via email or manually sharing the link.

How to share your project?

  1. The project's delivery page link.
    • Clicking it automatically copies the link.
    • Copy button copies the link.
    • The visit button opens the link to a new tab.
  2. Add the email address to share the project with.
  3. Add your notes.
  4. Clicking this shares the project to the email on number 2.

Deliver Project

This is used to deliver your project to the client. Imagecloud will send your client an email with the project's delivery page.

How to deliver my Project?

  1. Click the Deliver Project button.
  2. Place your notes on the pop-up. (Optional)
  3. When ready, just click the Yes button.

Invoices

This contains a list of all the invoices you sent and the invoices you received from suppliers for the project. This also has controls to edit (your own), preview and download the invoice/s.

Invoice Project / Edit Draft Invoice

The Invoice Project button directs you to the invoice creation page. Imagecloud will automatically assign the client and the project for you when the page is loaded.

When the project has a draft invoice connected to it, the invoice project button will be replaced by the Edit Draft Invoice button which when clicked, will direct you to edit the existing draft invoice.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature is NOT available to staff accounts who are not invoicing on behalf of the company.

Project Timeline

The timeline list the actions made on the project. From the creation, changes made, gallery creations, uploads, sending jobs, and more. Click here to learn more.

Create a New Project

This button directs you to create a new project. 

Navigation Arrows

The arrows navigate you the previous (left) or next (right) project on the list.

Save Changes

This button only shows up when there are change made on the project data. Clicking this saves the changes made.
